Welcome! I'm glad you're visiting my site, and I hope it's a step towards positive life changes for you or someone you care about. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. I specialize in treating disorders arising from trauma (both single-incident, or "shock" PTSD and complex PTSD/developmental trauma), anxiety disorders, and narcissistic abuse recovery. Because of my proximity to Kennesaw State, I also find myself working with young adults who are struggling to forge adult identities. I use a relational, person-centered approach integrating methods from CBT, EMDR, Cognitive Restructuring, and other scientifically informed practices.

I am not a Christian counselor. While I will respect and work within whatever faith you hold, my approach is grounded in a secular, humanistic, and scientifically-informed worldview.

Rates and Services
Insurance: I am currently in-network with the following payers:
Aetna / Ambetter / Anthem / Blue Cross-Blue Shield / Cigna / Evernorth / United Healthcare / United Behavioral Health / Optum / Oscar / Oxford
If you have not yet met your deductible, you will be responsible for the contracted rate I have with your insurance company, not the full cash rate. I will be able to let you know what that rate will be once you contact me with your insurance information.
All other payers would be out-of-network, and would be self-pay by the client. I can provide you with a superbill to submit for possible reimbursement at your request.
Self-pay: My standard rate per 50-minute session is 100.00. I also offer a sliding scale based on income for those who can demonstrate need. I never want money to stand in the way of people getting the help they need, so please contact me and let's talk about your situation.
Research consistently shows that the greatest predictor of success in therapy is the quality of the working relationship with the client and the therapist. This is why it is important that you find someone with whom you "click." I am happy to answer emails from you and to speak with you briefly on the before setting your first appointment.
